One way to get in exercise and enjoy the day is to go walking! Did you know that walking is one of the best forms of exercise that you can do? Not only is it low impact, but it is also a great way to ease into an exercise program. On top of all of that, walking can reduce your blood pressure, raise your “good” cholesterol and lower your “bad” cholesterol. What’s the benefit of this? You guessed it- WEIGHT LOSS!
